To whoever is training someone at the drive thru @5:30-5:40pm on 2/20/26. You need to learn how to treat others. The way you spoke to your fellow coworker, clapping your hands and putting them down was disgusting. It's really not that serious and you can talk to them in private. Sounded like a personal attack and you should never speak to your team like that in front of a customer. Do Better Arby's.

Wonderful place to bring your family for some good food!! The Bacon Cheeseburger is so delicious!! As well as their Mozzarella Sticks and Jalapeno Poppers!! Both pair really well with the delectable Bono Berry Sauce!!

Drive through too 30 min. At window order was wrong. Service was very poor. Food was cold. Very poor management. Will never go back. Weaverville, NC

Cashier chatted with a customer while taking our order, but we are in the south and I expect people will converse. We have been here multiple times and it is hit or miss every time. I believe this is our last time as the past two times the potato cakes have been fried twice. Trying to keep food costs down while making the food taste nasty will eventually bring the food costs down to zero as people will not eat where the food is not good.

Ordered their Wagu steakhouse burger... its raw inside - wth..? When I took it back , the store manager said, I should have known and basically " tough ". I don 't eat pink , uncooked burgers. There is no warning posted . They refused to give me the crinkle fries ordered , instead giving me the crinkle fries., like I ordered. I will not ever order or eat at the Weaverville Arby's again. Very Rude.
