Arby's

Tryed the new burger from Arby's. This was the freshest burger I've tasted in a long time. Vary natural filling on the pallet, no extra fats or what not that I've tasted in other burgers. I highly recommend Arby's burgers. For people who want a good tasting burger with not a lot of grease. Only gave the service a 4stare only because the assistant manager refused to come over and talk to me. Just tried the Big game Burger at Arby's, also very fresh tasting. The sauce has a good even smoke flavor though it makes it perfect for this burger alone. The crispy onion I got I didn't have much so I don't have much to say about them. All in all give a 4 to this Big game Burger.

Absolutely the worst experience. I made a mobile order. When I picked it up the only thing the order taker could or would say was "pull forward". He never acknowledged the special instructions. Just treated me like a number. I waited at the window for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. I received my food and asked to speak to the manager. As the manager passed the employee who called for him. The employee kind of laughed and said " Good luck Larry", insinuating I was a problem. Larry listened to my complaint. He never said a word. He just looked at me. Shut the window and I drove. As if bad service wasn't enough, my food was cold, undercooked and made very sloppy. Below are 2 pictures. My family and I decided to eat at Arby’s in Van Buren and it was HORRIBLE! The lettuce was brown and old looking and tasted disgusting! Mine was super dry and the bread tasted OLD! Never again, will I take my family here! I definitely will not be recommending people to eat here… Very disappointed 😠

Your posted hours say you close at 11, but I went through the drive-thru at 10:23 and it was already closed. I work in fast food, so I understand the challenges, but this feels like poor management, not the customer’s fault. If you’re closing early, at least update your hours so people aren’t wasting their time.

This review is for the steak bites only. Don't waste your money. They taste more like barbecued roast beef and cost over $10.00. I was very disappointed.
