Arby's

My daughter and I had the pleasure of interacting with Debby this morning. She was a ray of sunshine. She is the epitome of what customer service was and should be! She was kind, friendly, prompt, and professional. We really appreciate you employing such a wonderful employee. We will be back!

So my son and I and our workers stopped at the Arby’s in lake point this morning and they got our order all wrong and said come back when you can we will fix it . Well we worked really late and went back to thst arvys to find out they were closed so I called Arby’s in tooele and they were more then glad to get us what we wanted . Amber and charlotte are very great workers best customer service ever . Thank you ladies you’re amazing . Hopefully I spelled ok I don’t have my glasses .

This place has gone down the drain. Twice now in the last few weeks they are completely out of roast beef. Went for breakfast a few weeks ago and the rude, disheveled drive thru lady was in full hello kitty pajamas and looked like she’d just rolled out of bed. Employees are rude. The order is never right. I’m done after tonight when they were out of roast beef yet again and the drive thru lady snapped at me and was rude. I won’t be back. Employees obviously don’t care at all and are so rude. The pajamas lady was dirty, greasy and gross. How unprofessional. Won’t be back.

This place is a disgrace. Management clearly doesn't care about customers. Employees don't give out receipts, and they give out food you didn't even order. And on top of that, it looks like it was just thrown into the box. This location sucks.

Over all good experiences at this location. The food is "fast food", but if you bring coupons it's worth it so you don't feel like what your paying for is worth the cost. The app has deals too. Make sure you are constantly looking for them because it does add up. The staff is chill especially later on in the evening. The location has plenty of parking, and is located farther into Tooele, so a vehicle is a must. Anytime I have had a discrepancy with an order, the staff make it right without argument. Definitely eat here again.
