Always felt welcome when I dine-in. The costumer service is what it should exactly be. (Would be nice if they had trays tho)
Good fast food service was quick, and they were very helpful.
We always use the drive up but this is by far the best Arby's prepared food in the Oklahoma city metro, the people are nice, clean and friendly..... the wait is short and truly great fast food with a smile.....
Visited on July 6 at about noon. Barry was working front counter. He was so incredibly friendly to my mom and patient with my sons. A true example of customer service. All smiles and very helpful. This man needs a paid day off or a raise or something!!
This place is pathetic. Walked in to place a take out order. The entire team was wearing different clothes. After 5 minutes a guy took our order, after which everyone left. Like everyone. They went out to take a smoke break leaving us in the store alone. Was served old fries that tasted like crap. I will literally never go back. This is quite literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
