Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This Braum’s is a dependable stop for quick meals and solid ice cream. The store is usually clean and stocked, and the grocery side makes it convenient to grab essentials without a full supermarket run. Service has been steady, and the food quality is consistent for the price point. Overall, the facility could use remodeled and it's usually kind of busy, but it's good and convenient!

Didn’t give me the French fries that came with my meal that I asked for. then instead of helping me at the drive-through window, she just shut the window and looks at me waiting for me to leave. Even when I said I would pay again for the french fries but I want the french fries for my daughter’s meal. Wouldn’t give me straws either. I won’t return.

When I got home and realized that half of my order was missing, I called and spoke with Anthony. He was so kind and apologetic. He said that with the prediction of snow, the market was crazy busy, but he was still sorry for the mess up. He said my order would be waiting when I come back to pick it up. He apologized, took accountability, gave reasoning, and made it right! Fantastic customer service!

One of our favorite parts of Oklahoma. Fast food, good but nothing special. We love the cheap but creamy ice cream! Almost docked a star for not keeping up cleaning tables when it gets busy.

Edit to lower to 1 star. Not even 2 minutes after my review I discovered that my shake has melted and made a mess out of my car because it was so overfilled. Consistently out of something or missing items from my order.
