Ordered LG Jamocha shake got small vanilla shake. I called the lady said "Oh I gave you the wrong one. Call doordash and request a refund. I cant do anything about it " Door dash didn't mess it up

What is going on in this town? And now Arby’s?? Seriously, this place used to be great and now it’s total Garbage. The service, the people that work in there are terrible to each other. The way the people talk to each other in there is disgusting. Literally, close this place down if It’s Constantly going to be terrible..

Whom ever is in charge of this place needs to talk to your employees. They are the best crew I've had the chance to meet. Polite, considerate and respectful. They deserve praise to their contributions in the work place. I overheard one complaint and that came from an employee. They said they felt bad to another employee during rush and didn't meet the time they had set for themselves. For people to care about their jobs so much that it reflects such a radiant light is beautiful. What was even more beautiful was my Carmel cinnamon shake and chicken bacon Swiss meal. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!!!
