Arby's

Edit just to add this thought. I honestly never once in my life have had worse service at any restaurant, storefront, Cafe, or anywhere where I was a customer than this evening, at this arbys. The manager was terribly rude and hostile from the start of the interaction. I used to go here fairly frequently, but believe i can no longer support this store due to the manager this evening, who i honestly have had poor interactions with before, but never this terrible. Had a horrible interaction here, the evening I am leaving this review. They closed early, but not only did not stop taking orders, but arbys labeled the orders as having been confirmed and started, meaning I was unable to cancel the order that they were unwilling to make through door dash. Normally the food is good but what is this!? This cheese we got on our most recent visit is rancid. It's orange with a very doesn't taste or smell right and it has brown chunks in it!? This is disgusting and unacceptable

I only gave 2 star because I had to… We went through the drive thru ordered Mac and cheese steak bowl, Reuben and cakes. Mac bowl was literally not at a legal temperature to even be sold it was cold, Reuben was on bread and also cold. Called to just inform them saying I wanted nothing in return as I am traveling- Ashton answered and hung up on me mid sentence. I attempted to call back and no one would answer. Worst experience ever.

The woman working drive through this afternoon(5/4/23) was great! Very friendly. Joking with coworkers tells me moral is good. 👍

All I can say is wow! I was treated like garbage. I ordered something in a large and when the guy behind the counter handed it to me I said oh is this a large. He looked at me and said I didn't ring it up as a large but I guess I'll get you a large. The entire time I was waiting for my food the woman and the guy behind the counter just goofed around and the guy was swearing. The lady was nice when she handed me my sandwich and said I still had to wait for the shake. Ok, not a big deal but the attitude from the guy and not getting what I ordered is not ok. This isn't the 1st time I've gotten an attitude from workers there and they messed up what I ordered. Very disappointed and won't be going back.
