Arby's

Oh, lucky me! Another pit stop at Arby's third times a charm, so I thought. Here where the hamburgers are always a surprise. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket while I'm at it, since I seem to have such great luck with undercooked burgers. Who needs consistency anyway? Oh, at least the ladies were all nice but I think I’m just going to stick with chicken anytime. I eat Arby’s from now on.

I usually enjoy trying something new at Arby’s, but this visit was a big letdown. The steak bites were especially bad — they can’t possibly be real meat! They just disintegrated as soon as I bit into them, and the flavor was honestly awful. On top of that, the fries arrived ice cold, which made them nearly inedible, and my sandwich was missing the cheese I paid extra for. When you’re spending extra money for add-ons, that kind of mistake really stings. I know Arby’s can do better, but this experience was rough from start to finish. Definitely not worth the price this time around.

Lemonade wasn’t in its usual cup so I did not notice it is spoiled. It has these white spots in it. Could be mold it tasted very sour. Very disappointing

Fast food restaurants are horrible in Loudon, TN., including Arby's. All of them are poorly managed and have poor service. I have never seen anything like it before. Anywhere else, fast food restaurants are generally really good. There must be something in the water in London, TN to generate such lousy service in the fast food industry there. I have to go to loudon, TN twice a week and I avoid all fast food restaurants in that area. I will drive 50 miles out of my way to eat somewhere else than Loudon, TN.

Love this place. However, I ordered the Peach rolls and I live 20 minutes away. So didn’t know they weren’t in the bag. Tried to call to rectify it and no one answered the phone. Their food is very expensive to miss putting items in the bag. Especially, since I was the only customer in the drive thru.
