Loudon Public Library

The outside reminds you of a depressed adult but we were actually very pleasantly surprised at the children's area. It was very nice, many activities and books and my children loved it. We will be getting a library card and visit often! Definitely recommend painting the outside with some murals or something to brighten up the place and make it more inviting as we almost didn't go in.

The director Kate Clabough was really helpful. The library is organized well. They had some fun things like an ant farm and puzzles to check out. It is in a great location. If you havent been you should go check it out. It is on River road.

The volunteers today at the reading for children were very rude. They found it necessary to argue with my friend. It seems when they get a name badge they feel they have power. Was very disappointed that they let the situation get out of hand. My son and I will not return and we will use the Lenior City library.

My hometown Library since I was a child. Would spend hours there in the summer. Now it has community activities such as ancestry archives, time capsules, local charity groups, summer reading, etc.

What more could you ask for? Friendly people. Appreciate them and their help. Can't say enough great things about the Loudon library. Thank you.
