Arby's

Went tonight a little before 7. Was given the wrong sandwich. Given an Arby's melt instead of roast beef. The sandwich did not taste good. Arby's sauce tasted very off, may have been expired. Curlys fries were hard as a rock and cold. Able to see Inside while waiting in the drive through and it was very messy inside the store.

Sadly we just had a terrible experience here. We ordered Uber pick-up (for ourselves) it showed that our order was ready, but the order was not showing on the restaurants side. I had prove of our purchase and instead of being helpful and kind the old manager lady was extremely rude to us, in-front of other costumers. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. A few minutes later our order showed up, she never apologized, but the other two younger ladies did. How do you have a manager like this running things?

Hungry and needed an Arby’s Classic Beef fix. They came through. Friendly courteous drive through staff. Quick service. Order was filled correctly. My Sammy was tasty.

The staff was great. The service was decent I'll give it a four star. The food is ultimately horrible. My jalapeno bites came cold, my loaded fries were the wrong kind. I will try this place again to see if I can give it a better rating next time. Please do not just stick things in a warmer it becomes disgusting after a amount of time has passed.
