My wife ordered roast beef sandwich with cheese and got to the table and found no cheese. Had to take back up and they added cheese. Then we ordered cheese cup with our curly fries and she received no cheese cup and we paid for it, so another trip to the counter to get cheese cup. Where has customer service went these days. It seems every fast food restaurant excluding a few has employees that don’t care if they get your order right or not. The managers should check up on them and see if they are doing there job correctly. Please have them double or triple check to see if they got the order filled correctly. The food was fresh and hot. The lady that took our order was very patient and kind and the employees making the food were quick and efficient. The bathrooms were super clean which is very rare especially in a fast food restaurant. We are from out of town but will definitely be back the next time we are here.

Pulled up to the drive thru on 10/1/2025 They said take a look at the menu and we would be right with you...... WEnt to order a roast beef sandwich and they said owe we are out of roast beef. How does a roast beef fast food place run out of roast beef. People were lazy and did not want to clean the machine because it was at 9pm at night.

Such a shame, went out of our way to visit this location. 3 times over several months have tried to place a mobile order. App let me create order and use a deal on mobile orders. At checkout can't process because the store is not open. Proceed to order at store. We can't honor the offer. Per the cashier. Waste of time and effort on my part. Why have a application to order and save money if you don't honor them. Disappointed

Ordered a #12, and after eating half the sandwich there was a piece of plastic in it.
