Arby's

The woman at the register taking our order was really nice. My husband says he would give the cheesesteak 1/5 stars but that was his fault for not going with what he knew - the roast beef is delicious he says. The other food we got was really good - we got mozzarella sticks for us and the kids with marinara, jalapeno poppers (both were nice and hot so the cheese was melting still), and white cheddar macaroni for the kids. They loved their macaroni and mozzarella sticks. It looked like some chicken nuggets or something got dropped in our bag on accident and those were actually really good. I may need to order those next time! Overall we liked everything but the Philly cheesesteak, but they aren’t known for those. My husband says stick with the roast beef and you’ll be fine. I can’t

The service was great and the price with the coupon was great. The food tucked though. There was absolutely no flavor to the fries or chicken tenders. There was no salt, seasoning, nothing. I was highly irritated when I bit into the fry and it was bleah.

Arby's is normally a firm favourite when looking for quick, tasty food while travelling. This restaurant is needing looked at. The food was Luke warm and not of usual standard. The kitchen which was visible was in need of a very deep clean, made several in our party want to order and they went elsewhere. The staff where bored uninterested which left an uncomfortable feeling when eating. The seating area and bathrooms also needed cleaning. Not a great experience and wont be going back to that location or reccomending it to visitors to the area

We came through the drive through this evening. I ordered the roast beef meal. We got home and I sat down to eat my food. The roast beef was very rare. Rare to the point that I couldn't even eat it. We live a ways from Arby's so just coming back isn't an option. I just don't understand why anyone would put meat on a sandwich that looks like this. Not a happy customer.

Fast food but not fast had to wait for the food - didn’t mind waiting as thought the food would be nice and fresh and hot. That was not the case. Food was not fresh or warm! Bad move should’ve kept driving. Arby’s usually have the meats but not this one.
