Arby's

I enjoyed eating at this location. I ordered a couple of Greek Gyros sandwiches on Pita bread and the sandwiches were well made and delicious!! Pictures below.

It was like I was transported to the past where service was provided and cashiers weren't having their first conversation ever. Staff was kind and genuine, food was fast inside even with a good drive thru line, and was perfectly normal what-you-should-expect fast-food-quality food.

During a recent visit, my order was not correct and had reached out to customer service. Today I attempted to redeem a coupon I was sent in the mail as a result and the store manager gave multiple BS excuses to not accept the coupon. "It was expired" it in fact is not and nowhere on the coupon is a stated expiration or valid until date. "Good for one sandwich or wrap" it says on the coupon, well the manager says "we don't even sell wraps here". Cool, but I ordered a sandwich so why is that relevant. If Arby's values their customers and want to stay in business, it's time to clean house at this location. One bad experience after another should not be allowed to continue.

I ordered a $8 cheese steak sandwich. This the smallest sandwich I have ever seen. For $8! Thats wild. Update: it is a small serving size, but man is it tasty. A really good 3 bite sandwich.

You know how sometimes you drive to a location a longer distance away because it's better? Well I have found the good Arby's! My child and I really like the regular and curly fries, plus the chicken nuggets. Lobby is always clean and stocked. Considering I've changed a diaper in there I can definitely say the ladies room is clean. We love it!
