Arby's

Serve old food. Obviously food safety is not a priority here. To the owners reply: I tried that, but when it came to add an address that is requested, the form won’t take anything. It just glitches and says “you must answer this question.” So I had to submit without the contact me option. Update: Received a refund, thank you. Made the mistake of giving this place another try. They really do make “quality” stuff. The photos don’t do them justice.

I haven't had Arby's in forever. This one was outstanding. Delicious food. Great service. Clean dining room and exterior. Way different from the fast food experience where I'm from. I can tell the staff really cares.

Update: October I love Gyro and always had beef Gyro when I came to Arby's. I ordered the same thing this time and was surprised when I took a bite. It tasted nothing like beef. The smell was completely different from usual. The whole thing was full of fat and tasted terrible with every bite, so I couldn't eat it at all. It's a shame because I've never had that happen to me at this store before. It's ok. I usually haven't any issues with Arby's. I always enjoy Arby's food! This store is still a drive-through only. Also, we can not order inside the store either. This was my first visit to this location. The cashiers weren't friendly at all. I stopped for a late lunch, and I have no complaints! Friendly, fast service. Clean dining room and restroom. Food was made well and was hot and fresh. It’s not fine dining, but relative to other Arby’s locations this one seems to have everything working well and is above average. No reasons for me to not come back again in the future.

I received coupons in the mail and decided to try their Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. It was a huge disappointment. Had to disassemble the sandwich to find any trace of the crunchy onion strings that are so prominent in the menu pic. I also ordered a small order of curly fries. What I received was a half empty box of bottom-of-the-bin broken pieces mixed with crinkle fries. This trip reminded me why I don't eat there except when they have limited time fish. Arby's is a good chain but Junction City is making a lot of food establishments look really bad.
