Came through drive through ordered 2 French dip and Swiss sandwiches a large curly fry and a medium crinkle cut fry. This cost me $23.48. This is not cheap food. The sandwiches were acceptable though it looked like they should have been bigger. My large curly fry was only half full the crinkle cut fry was adequate. The au juice was not filled in either container to the line so they slimoed my juices too. The man forgot to put both au juice in the bag. Im glad I checked my bag. I held my bag the few blocks home and when I picked my bag up to go inside it ripped. Spilling out my food. I am very disappointed in this entire experience and the food quantity especially compared with how much it cost and to be given my food in bags that fail so I couldn't get to eat my food I picked up off the gr

Shouldn't it be called (half) a container of big flavor? I go once a month or so thinking that they can't possibly screw up every time.....but they do screw up something every time. I guess I keep going back because I'm old and 20 years ago they used to do things the right way. Now they don't give a damn and everything they do shows it.

I ordered through the app and the lady at the drive through was very rude. I guess she was mad that I ordered through the app and placed it right as I was pulling up so I don't have to order through the speaker. She was all mad about how I made the order "18 seconds ago", but if I would have ordered through the speaker it would have been zero seconds ago so I'm not sure why that's so bad. She had me pull all the way around to the door instantly instead of going to the window for some reason and when she brought the order out she dropped it my aunt all "sassy" like lol, then instantly dug in her pants and got on her phone. I normally wouldn't care but she was so butt hurt about it I feel like I have to say something. She needs to go work it somewhere without customer service that's for sure

Very nice employees and always great food. The young lady at the front was super helpful and the guy in back is a sandwich artist. Will definitely be back. Thank y'all for the great food and service.
