Arby's

The sole purpose of the overall one star rating is because I did not get what I paid for. Since when does on strip of bacon go on the turkey bacon ranch sandwich??? When a sandwich, just one costs $8 you'd think you get what your paying for. I use to work at an Arby's and became a shift manager so I know exactly what comes on it, people can even Google these things so why short the customers when they did nothing to you but place an order????? 2 sandwiches I order had one strip of bacon on each. Can I get this remade properly?? I'm not even sure if onions were on the sandwich. Word of advice to customers. Know what your getting before you get there and be sure to check your food before you leave, if you get push back just request a refund and don't recommend this place because they don't

Chicken sandwich was not fresh. Meat was hard and nasty. Coming from out of town. Made a huge mistake by coming here. Camden, SC Arby’s is 10000x better than this one. Nice old man working at the window,

We were going to go through the drive through and the lady taking the order had a foul attitude. Almost completing our order (5 people) she told us to come inside with since it was a "large order". We DID NOT order anything and decided to go someplace else with her attitude.

Got a reuben but they didn't have any sauerkraut but that's not the bad part. I asked for a little more thousand island dressing since they didn't have the sauerkraut and they doused it on there to where the wrapper was covered in it and the sandwich bread was soaked in it. I went through the the drive thru again to bring it to their attention and they said well you said you wanted extra. Thats not the type of response you should give to poor service. Also the people taking my order automatically having an attitude when I go to order is unsettling.

Had an online pick-up and my fries and potato cakes were cold. I had to go back in and have them remade. The staff was helpful but the building was cold and they didnt have the heat lamps on over the fry station.
