Arby's

Went there at 8pm new years eve. I was very happy that they were open, and all of the food we got was fresh and hot, and it tasted good. The workers were friendly and polite. I've been to Arby's in Minneapolis and have been disappointed by poor quality, but this Arby's was great.

I rolled up to the drive-thru, dreaming of a Beef ‘n Cheddar, and got handed a receipt that looked like a down payment on a lake cabin. $12 for a combo? In MINNESOTA? love the food but found hair in my hamburger so will no longer go there.

Yesterday, my son & I met here at 10AM. We ordered and sat down with our ice teas and after a short time we were told that the meat slicer stopped working and they only had chicken. My son did have fries and mozzarella sticks but we were disappointed because we met to visit. The staff was very nice but after the fact, I realized I didn't get a copy of the partial refund. It is not showing up in my credit card info. I will try stopping by this week and keep hoping I am not out my refund.

Love Arby's and their happy hour is good. Was pretty disappointed though in how gross and unclean it was in the dining area. Didn't get a pic of all the trash swept under the condiment counter. Couple of the sliders were cold and made ahead, not fresh. Had some very good food also with pretty friendly service. Just wonder how clean the kitchen is if dining area is not thoroughly cleaned? Shake machine was down.
