Update: I tried using the link included in Arby's (owner) response and after filling everything out with details and photo, it gave me an error code. After multiple repeated tries, I'm posting a screenshot of the request code on here. We were going to eat here, but not having a safe entrance made us leave. If you can't be bothered to clear the main entrance for customers, then you apparently you don't want any customers either. After attempting the very icy entrance, we left. It's ridiculous that not one single employee or manager could be bothered to shovel the walkway and entrance. This place is not very senior friendly as we see it.

Their food seems to have less flavor when compared to, maybe, 20 years ago or so. They're quite pricey these days too, even before the pandemic.

You can get better service from a robot. Nothing but attitude from the young girl taking my order. Can’t say that I’m not surprised in this current culture.

Always enjoy stopping here when I get the chance. Dining area renovation is more open and improves dine in experience.

Whoever was serving the drive thru on Thursday, July 31st, needs to be retrained. especially in her manners. She was VERY rude and very crocky.i ordered a French dip. She didn't put the lid on my Asus, and it dumped all over me. And that was very hot. I replaced my original drink from the meal with a shake and was charged full price e for that as well, so I should have also received the drink that came with my meal.. And the link you provide does not work.
