Arby's

Ok, fam... There are (two) Sandwiches I will always put 5 stars on at Arby's and they are not Roast beef.. One is Seasonal, but I am here today to talk on the Famous "Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon" Whoever Prepared mine, on yesterday, 4-14-25, You get Employee of the year. My Sandwich was so darn good, I buy this sandwich all the time, but yesterday, made Perfectly! Grade, A

Pretty fast in the drive thru, got our order right. Pleasant gang working. No complaints here.

Why hasn't this location been remodeled exactly like the others? These are photos of the men's restroom plus interior of restaurant. And even the flooring needs replaced. I won't dine here anymore. That is unless they remodel. I wasn't asked what kind of fries i wanted either.

Ordered through doordash my bag was sealed found a hair in it, nobody would take accountability with two people on the shift today's date October 22nd got my order at 10:45 p.m. call the store nobody takes accountability again and want to argue instead of just apologizing tried to call the store and talk it out but apparently nobody cares no longer will I ever order from this store.

Ordered in drive thru and told to pull around for total(this is at 810pm). Never got a total from the shift leader Kirby( young lady with blue hair) she just kept window closed, never acknowledged me and then started counting down the drive thru window cash drawer down in front of me. I mean is that really smart to do and proper training/ protocol? Dell took my money and was nice and friendly, she rocks. Maybe Kirby was having a bad day and I can understand that as we all do, but the money in the window in todays time? Love your food.
