Arby's

A young lady by the name of Autumn working on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026 did an outstanding job of managing the indoor customer counter AND the drive up window. She maintained a very professional and pleasant presence when the place was overrun with customers. She appeared like she was very successfully doing the work of two people! Management should certainly reward her in some way!

Went in about 4:00. There was a couple, the only other customers, waiting to order. After several minutes, a young man finally, reluctantly came out from the kitchen and took their order. Then he just stood staring at me and finally said "can I get you?" We placed our order and after several minutes my name was called to pick up. The couple who ordered before us didn't realize their order wasn't ready and attempted to pick up our order. I told the other young man that they placed their order before ours and a woman, who later identified herself as the manager, informed me very rudely that their order wasn't dropped. I really didnt like the fish because the add it said crunchy fish this wasn't crunchy at all. So you see in the pictures . And the table weren't clean so we ended up cleaning up the table to sit down .

Well, it has been many, many years since I've had the opportunity to eat at Arby's and it was ok. I got the 2 for $5 deal which consisted of a beef and cheddar and a crispy fish. I didn't finish the beef and cheddar because I really don't like the cheese sauce they use. It's not just their cheese sauce it's any cheese sauce. I don't know what I was thinking, it wasn't their fault. But the crispy fish sandwich was on point. It was a good cut of fish with the perfect amount of tartar sauce and lettuce. It wasn't a have-to-hurry-back experience but it was good.
