Arby's

Great place to pull in and get food I stopped her every time I go through Elizabethtown. I have a convenient drive-thru window and there's also fuel available if needed.Their staff is courteous and friendly. I'd rather new steak bites I never delicious I highly recommend them

I normally get better service when I come to this Arby's. The Cashier seemed as if she was timid while taking my order, greeting me at the window and while taking my payment. That made me feel like she did not want to service me. 😕 My food presentation is normally good, but this time it was not. I got 9 or 10 french fries with my boneless hot honey wing nuggets. The food was tasty, hot and fresh, though the presentation was not good. How my food look is as just as important as how it will taste. The price was extremely budget friendly and I do appreciate that.

Accuracy with food items is important. We missed a $7 sandwhich and drove away. This kinda thing disrupts days.

Young lady was pleasant, but the steak nuggets were overcooked black and chewy. BBQ sauce did help!

I go in there a couple of times a month when in town. My german shepherd lives for a simple plain roast beef slider from Arby's. As soon as she sees your building, she gets excited. As always, your employees are so kind. You can tell when an employee loves their job. I have never encountered an issue in all the time you have been open until the trip last week. I ordered her a roast beef slider and myself a ham and cheese slider. I got 13 miles away, almost home before I found that just the roast beef slider was in the bag. It would have cost me more in gas to go all the way back and get it. I will check my order before leaving next time. Other than that, if I could give better than 5 stars, I would!!
