Every single time I come here they dissapoint. But what is wrong with your false advertising EVERY SINLGE time I order a crafted sandwich you refuse to make me one and lie to me and tell me it’s what you’re making. It’s ridiculous take it off of your menu if your going to refuse to actually serve it to people this is the 4th time I’ve clearly stated Arby’s Crafted sandwich and every time you don’t produce that.

Store needs more employees. Waited 15 minutes and no one offered to help. Another person who was waiting said they had been waiting for 45 minutes to receive their order. Store is not managed well. Be prepared to wait a while if you come to this location.

You may have the meats but you don’t have good employees. Forgot a drink, life goes on I’m easy to get along with. Got the drink, no straw. Cold fries from the drive thru takes concerted effort. I’d challenge if the fried turkey is actually fried but that’s personal taste. No sauce offered for the roast beef that was so hard I almost chipped a tooth. Go to Burger King 👑 Arby’s reached out to discuss the situation. While this doesn’t rectify the experience, the follow up is certainly appreciated.

Well I was the idiot that gave them a second chance. Charged me for the wrong order, which in good conchance I brought to their attention. $33. For two meals and peperpopers. Get home, 25 min drive, and they gave me a beef n cheddar. I'm sorry I'm not fond of those.

Just went through the drive through, grabbed a double roast beef and some MOTZ sticks. I eat my sticks while driving, pull over to enjoy my sandwich and this is what I see. I know times are tough and the food industry got hit hard but this is unacceptable. I paid 11.97 for this???
