Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stopped by the Arby’s on Appleway Ave for lunch, and the experience was elevated entirely by an employee named Javin. From the moment we arrived, Javin went above and beyond by personally extending a warm welcome and holding the door open for us. That level of hospitality is rare these days and set a fantastic tone for the rest of our meal. When it came time to order, Javin was incredibly helpful. He handled our request with impressive attention to detail, even taking the time to point out special offers and combinations that saved us money. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customer’s experience rather than just "processing" an order. Throughout our visit, Javin maintained the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive. We wanted for nothing.

I ordered lunch for 4 people. After I paid at the d/t window they said pull forward and park it'll be a little while. I was fine with that. What's not ok is waiting and getting cold fries and cold chicken on my sandwich. And completely sloppy wrapped beef and cheddar. Gross. I used to love this place...

This was my first ever visit and I’m pretty sure that I won’t be coming back to this location. Not only was I ignored but customers were helped before me. I waited at the register for over 7 minutes trying to have compassion for the workers. I had to raise my voice to get noticed even standing at the register.

My favorite Fast Food place in the area. They always have some new sandwich to try, plus the best curly fries. The staff is fast and friendly.

Just left here 5 minutes ago because I do not like feces in my food. I was using the urinal in the men's restroom. An employee finished pooping, wiped, flushed, grabbed a paper towel on the way out the door and that was it. I went to the counter when I was done and let the lady there know. She didn't seem to care, so I said it was needing to be addressed, and she started trying to make excuses, saying that maybe I just didn't hear the water, ir it shut off fast. NO... the guy literally did not wash anything. I could see him on the food line behind her already working, so it's unlikely he washed when he got back to the kitchen either. Absolutely disgusting, and the fact the other employee did not care about it disgusts me further. I was looking forward to Arby's sonce I have not been th
