Arby's

Respectfully — go somewhere else on the next exit… We hadn’t had Arby’s in a while and this experience definitely turned us off. Came in at 2pm on a Sunday, the cashier Frankie was polite and took our order. Gave us our drink cups with ice in them, but every soda tasted warm and stale. Had to ask the cashier for more ice since the lobby machine had zero ice — hence the taste. When the family four of us came in after us and had the same problem, another employee came out with a bucket of ice, slammed the machine lid down, and finally filled it with ice. Went to grab some condiments to find ANTS crawling all over the dispenser…disgusting. Makes me concerned about the areas the customers DONT have access to. Fries were lukewarm, chicken was good but only because they made it fresh upon order.

I ordered the roast beef and cheddar with curly fries and a diet. The food tasted great!! My only complaint is I've noticed the employees aren't ever welcoming or friendly. This could be improved!!!

Very clear, friendly, and professional service. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Overall a great experience—excellent job

There was one gentleman his name was Chris. At the Central city Kentucky arby's, that was nice. We stood at the counter waiting to be waited on why. Whoever was fixing the food gentleman was on his phone. And he yelled for someone else.That's when the gentleman chris came and helped
