It was very unfriendly place. The lady that helps us was rude, when my husband was paying she sayed you paying cash got really rude. When are food was done they didnt call are name nothing just sat on the counter, my husband went up got are food I order mozzarella sticks didnt get the sauce so the husband went up and stand at the counter for at least 5 min why 2 young man was standing in the drive thru not paying attention then he finally ask for the sauce. The place was gross food on every table and food on the floor. Sorry worked in fast food restaurant when I was not busy I would go out wipes off tables, sweep the floor and greet customers. Thinks someone need to go over videos tapes rethink ur employees and little more training dont think there was even a manager working. Very disap

3-9-2026 6:30-45pm got to the drive through. Nobody acknowledged us. Went through the drive through a second time, waited a bit, said hello a few times before we were asked to wait. Took almost 30mins to order and get our food. When the person at the window handed us the food they just stared wide eyed. Got 2 half orders of fries, and my brisket sandwich was in pretty pitiful shape.

I went through the drive thru today and there was no acknowledgment what so ever. I knew there were cars in front of me so I thought they might’ve been busy. Finally after about a minute I said hello, no answer. After waiting five minutes and endless hello’s I drove to the drive thru window. About a couple seconds after getting there an employee opened the window and just stood there staring at me. Being nice I said I don’t know if the intercom isn’t working so I just drove up, because I’ve been waiting. He instantly replies you’re gonna have to go back around and shut the window. Slightly annoyed I drove back around and waited my turn. But as soon as it was my turn, once again no answer. I sat there for another five minutes and had to drive up and reverse to get it to even go off again, a

I'm not sure if they were having a bad night, or what. But, first I had to wait forever for my order in the drive thru. Then once I get it, I'm like two blocks away and find out I have the wrong order. I go back. I'm nice about it, and the employee at the drive thru was rude. I got my order and I told him I was given the wrong drink. He refused to change it. He said it was the right one. And walked away. The manager works her butt off in that store. I don't ever have any issues with her. But this "gentleman" needs to learn to not have such a bad attitude. At least my food was good.

I was just in here today for a DoorDash, the place was empty and there was two workers back prepping food. I stood there for over 10 minutes without a welcome or some sort of acknowledgment. The female was wondering around everything except checking the front for customers. They also had the food for my order ready just sitting there and no one to bag it. I wouldn’t doubt it was cold. The gentleman who eventually came up to bag my order gave me the bag with no seal and I asked if I could get a sticker and he just stared at me. I don’t think he said a word to me. Very rude and a very uninviting place I would not eat there for myself
