Cindy Lou's BBQ and Catering

We have always had great service until today. We ordered the loades fries with a double order of beef brisket Cindy Lou charged us a lot more than we usually get charged when go. When I asked about is she got upset about it. The customer next to me came over to me and commented how scary she was and she almost turned around and ran out the door. When we got home, the fries were hardly cooked. They were cold and soggy. We had to put them in our air fryer to cook them more. We will definitely be switching to Starbecks again.

Cindy Lou’s BBQ is a must-stop in Cedar Falls! The food is amazing — smoky, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Love that it’s pet-friendly too, which makes it even better for a casual lunch.

First timer: immediately impressed with the building (inside and out) and welcomed with a smile. Delicious food, cold beer and a fun vibe. Only reason for 4 stars is two missed items on our order (from the order taker, not the kitchen staff) and one of the three sauces was completely empty. Both issues resolved easily. We'll definitely be back and hopefully have a 5-star experience. I want this place to thrive. Update: Awesome response from the owner. Just changed my review to 5 stars. That's how this should work. We will definitely be back... often.

Such a great place to eat with the family. The food is really good and fairly priced. There's an outdoor seating area for larger groups of people. The decoration inside is pretty fun; contemporary mixed with antique; wood, metals and old signs. It's a must visit if you haven't.

The Mac is so good here. My fiancé regularly comes to grab Mac before she goes to work and we finally got a chance to sit down here after months. The meat was good, the cornbread was awesome, and the Mac was great as expected. It was around 20 bucks for both of us to eat and it was way more than enough. I like to make sliders, but you could literally mix it all together in a bowl and it’d taste like heaven with the spicy bbq. We ate on the patio while nobody else was out there and it felt very homey.
