I couldn't wait to try there steak bites they look really good on the menu lol what i got was burnt bites of beef jerky and the Mac and cheese looked like it had been in a warmer for hours. Very dry. Disappointing

Fish sandwich was excellent! Lady working the drive thru on the other hand had 0 personality and just handed my bag out the window with no communication and closed the window. Needed some Arby's sauce and had to flag her to respond. Only needed a couple and she handed me a handful. 2/13/26 @ 4pm.

Terrible service all around spent almost $20 just for them to one not have a working ice cream machine which there should be a thing in place to where you shouldn't be able to order it if they dont have it in stock 2 we order a 6 piece mozzarella stick and they didn't even give us that nor did they inform us that they were out of stock of that either so they just gave us a random thing also the large fries were half assed too overall we'll never be eating here again I'd rate this place 0 stars if I could

The meat is too thick and the texture is just not good. These type of sandwiches the meat should be paper thin and have moisture. Also the fries are just not edible. You get old old fries. We had to throw them away.

I ordered from app didn’t receive apple and cherry turn overs because they didn’t have anymore made. Wasn’t told they didn’t have any upon arrival didn’t know until I got home and seen they weren’t in the bag. Also location ran out of lettuce, this was also something the store decided not to mention when I got there so I didn’t have lettuce on my gyro or either of my chicken sandwiches. They also decided to try to stuff one bag with my whole order and my order clearly needed two bags to neatly pack my order. They put my sliders at the bottom of the bag, sliders completely smushed. Chicken sandwiches were wrapped terribly. There was no effort or care but into preparing or serving me my order and no way to report these issues with my order on the app. I’m very disappointed with my visit this
