23MAR.2025 Excellent service, professional, and very friendly. All of our food we ordered was freshly made and delicious. Thank you to the wonderful lady that was the cashier @ 12:11pm and the gentleman that was preparing our food. You’re awesome! Great road trip snack for me and my mate. Very clean parking area and dining area. Everything in the proper place and very organized. The kitchen area was very clean as well as the deep fry area.

Stopped 1/23/26 to this location, I always pass the Bordentown Petro to crossover to 295 and I never even knew it was there LOL. Anyway, I purchased a Jamocha Shake and it was the best that i have ever had at any Arby's I've been to. Also the ladies working there were very nice and helpful. The establishment was very clean too, which is very nice to see. Will stop there again and get some food to go with the shake next time. Thank you! 5 stars all the way 😎

My first and last experience with Arby’s restaurant. The lady Asia that took my order was very rude, disrespectful, belligerent and very unprofessional. I have never experience such service before. I place a five piece tenders large combo with no ice in my drink and she decided not to do what i want and still gave me an attitude when i was advising her on the order. Instead of making another drink for me she got so upset and hissed at me and tried to gave it to me by using her hands to remove ice. She did not give me my card or receipt. I had to contact the near by restaurant to reach them because they did not pick up their phones. Very very nasty and ridiculous. I am never returning back here!!!!

It's been 3 years since I've been back to this place. This is the second time I visited and I got to tell you. They've done a 380 degree turn. The service here is phenomenal. The food tasted great. Way better than it was 3 years ago. I added a picture with what I ordered and that was with extra meat as well. Even the manager here is a very nice person and on top of everything. I will continue to come back to this place whenever I'm around here with pleasure. Thank you keep doing a great Job. ♥️

20250720:: the host in this arby's, terence (name from the receipt) was aweome. i love the curly fries , dr pepper and the roast beef sandwich
