Applebee's Grill + Bar

My burger versus the one that’s advertised … can you spot the difference ? Oh yeah, WHERES THE CHEESE ?! It’s literally advertised as a “omcheese” burger and it was a dash of shredded cheese burnt to the pan. I didn’t expect much from a place like this but dang the bar is lower than low :( This is the second time I’ve seen the burger come like this. Don’t waste your money or time coming here if you’re expecting it to look anything like the picture.

I went here for valentine's day, and I was so impressed with everything. The menu was set to a smaller scope for valentine's day, so the options were limited, which I personally think was smart. Food was served faster, and it was easier to accommodate everyone, Im sure. Really wish the pretzels were part of the appetizers, though. My date and I both had the chicken and shrimp skillet, with the garlic mashed potatoes, and I got a side of fries to go with it. ( with A-1 sauce, since I was a kid I loved this) My food was amazing. I mean absolutely delicious. ( I forgot to hold the onions, but it comes with mushrooms and onions) So after I extracted the onions, I cut the chicken up and mixed every fork-full with chicken, potatoes, and shrimp and it was honestly the best food I have had in a re

Good service I gave 4 stars only because I didn't get my birthday dessert

I haven't been to Applebee's for about fifteen years. My uncle suggested it after church tonight. We got seated right away. We ordered off the 2 for $25 menu. We both had the house salad as appetizer and we tried the grilled cheese hamburger, replacing the fries with green beans. The veggies in the salad were fresh and crisp, the sandwich was tasty, and the beans came out hot enough to enjoy. Our server was quick and attentive. If it's your kind of place, it was a pleasant experience. Just don't mind the two old guys telling filthy stories after church.

We had a decent size table/ party. If it wasn't for the apologetic server, I would have rated the experience 1 star. You could tell the kitchen communication wasn't good because our orders didn't come out at the same time and many sides were mixed up or missing. Couldn't all eat at the same time because food came out at different times. Food was good. Not the worst experience but definitely wasn't the best.
