Applebee's Grill + Bar

The chips and spinach dip was sub par. The dip itself was good but the chips were overly oily for whatever reason. They brought my wife’s food out on a dirty dish and the seating hostess seemed to pull wait times out of thin air. The waitress we had was doing her best to keep the guests occupied AND clean at the same time, that is why the service was 5 stars. I think they were severely short staffed and were having issues in the kitchen. So when the restaurant sees this, thank your staff for compensating and HIRE MORE PEOPLE to keep the restaurant running, and fix whatever you all had going on in the kitchen.

Earlier today, I visited Applebee’s with my mom. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hostess, who informed us of a short 10-minute wait. However, when our table was ready, she did not approach or call for us; another guest had to alert us. When we were shown to our booth, the table, seats, and surrounding carpet had visible crumbs and light trash. My mom had to request that the hostess clean the area before we sat down, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness—especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Our experience improved once seated. Our waitress, a friendly woman with red hair, provided prompt service and took our order without delay. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. Nov. 11, 2025. Veteran's Day meal was great. Our waitress, Paris was exceptionally kind and a great host. My meal was yummy. I had the grilled chicken with three cheese pasta. My kid had the cheese burger, but skimmed on the hamburger. Much smaller than the bun. The .. thank you Mr. Elwood for the hospitality. The price was reasonably great, it was complimentary. Note: Per our kind waitress on Tuesday kids meals are $2.00 versus $6.99. I didn't know this. I recommend this Applebee's. We will return. Thank you

Paris was an AWESOME server! She was so friendly and attentive, she made our experience the best we have had in a long time at a restaurant. The food was also cooked well and tasted great I got the Burbon chicken.

We just went after seeing this amazing commercial about the NEW O-M-Cheese Burger. What we got was a dried up burger sitting on top of some old dried up Cisco shredded cheddar cheese that wasn’t even completely melted. I did not want comped for my meal as that is not what I do. I just don’t want anyone else to go there with expectations like I did and get let down. The manager acted like he could care less when I showed him. He said the are made to order. That’s not what I ordered. I will not be going back and not recommend anyone else do as well.
