First time at Applebees. Service was great. Very helpful deciding on dishes. We went there during the happy hour so we got 1/2 price appetizers and drinks. Food was decent but nothing special.
We didn’t feel like going far for dinner so we decided on a familiar place, Applebee’s. I had the 4 cheese honey chicken Mac and cheese and it was delicious. The chicken fingers were pretty small but I really enjoyed the flavor mix of honey, cheese and the crunchy chicken. The highlight of the night however was our waitress Lakaysa. She was on top of her game, very cheerful with a nice smile. Business was brisk so she was really moving around making sure everyone was satisfied. Overall excellent dining experience, good food and a wonderful waitress. Definitely recommend.
Thank you for an amazing experience. Sara made us feel like we were old friends. She was helpful with explaining menu choices and checked in with us constantly, this while serving the bar as well! Even the manager stopped in to say hello! The food was delicious and great portions. Just an very happy experience 😊
Awesome food and service! We visited Applebee's every evening for 3 days. Burgers are really good, and the people working there are even better!
I think we visited during a bad night, because service was rough. Our server was nice, but she seemed incredibly overworked. 100% not enough staff here in general. It was noticeable during arrival, seating and getting our order taken, but the mood really shifted negatively for us when our server quite literally disappeared for just over 14 minutes. We were sitting outside, and most tables were full so she was already busy, but suddenly she was nowhere to be seen for almost 15 minutes. I could see into the place, and before she was walking around bringing out orders, seating other people, etc, but all of a sudden she was a ghost. I even heard the other tables around us questioning where she went. Unfortunately, this happened exactly as we were ready to go, and we were already waiting for a
