Applebee's Grill + Bar

Today 2/28/26 I went to eat to Applebees and I order the chicken Parmesan fettuccine it was so dry. This the second time that happened. So I don’t think I will go back in eat at Applebees restaurant. It use to be better I don’t know what happened. 🤔

Love coming here for the late night happy hour. They brought the coronaritas back! The happy hour prices are good for the food and drinks.

From the moment i sat down, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. Their service was friendly, attentive, and professional the entire time. They stayed on top of refills, made sure our food came out right, and checked in without being overbearing. Food is really good, BUT the service is too poor... Waiting time is not acceptable. 20 mts for party of 2 and they have many tables open i guess they do not have many waiters... Waiters should smile a little bit

So to start off we got seated right away which is nice however it took way to long for a server to come by and or notice us so we moved areas and got better service. Our new waiter Norma she was really nice and handle us well. The food is really good and the garlic oil hella good. The place is really packed when we went and in my eyes understaff props to the workers for holding it down but they do need more people. Overall 7/10 mainly due to us not being acknowledge and making us move seats for better service
