Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our waiter was fantastic, he always had a smile on his face and was ready to get whatever we may need at our corner booth with 4 adults and 5 kids! Service was above and beyond! I highly recommend the grilled cheeseburger its a beef patty with four slices of American cheese, tangy bacon sauce, and a sweet/savory jam on toasted potato bread, served with tomato basil soup for dipping and fries! Talk about COMFORT FOOD!!!

Tried a new menu item today and was extremely disappointed that the server said it was supposed to look like this which looks nothing like the advertised photos. Top bun glued to the skillet and meat as well.

I appreciate their menu changing a bit every so often offering new options or specials like all you can eat or price cuts. The meal deals are also appreciated because it is getting harder and harder to pay for eating out. The burger or chicken sandwich deal with fries and drink was great. Sometimes they don't have enough staff, so wait times for food can be long. Good thing they have comfortable seats and TVS. And having 2 Happy Hour options is also appreciated.

We had a family dinner here. I ordered a full rack of ribs with a side of coleslaw. The ribs stated on the menu that they were fall off the bone. I stuck my finger in and couldn't push through. They most certainly were frozen 30 minutes before brought to me. I also received a dip cup of coleslaw as the side that I paid for. That pretty much does it for me with Applebee's and this is not the first time my family chose to eat here, but it will most certainly be the last. They either need new cooks or they need to clarify food quality on the menu. The picture is exactly how they brought me my food.

Food was not hot; sent back French onion soup to be microwaved. The other lunch was a quesadilla chicken salad and the grilled chicken was cold and quesadillas were not warm at all. Our waitress was nice but the manager was annoying. It’s okay to come by once to check on food once arrived but to come when nothing has served and then additional time to interrupt our conversations is not acceptable.
