Applebee's Grill + Bar

As a thriller and romance author, I often enjoy stopping for a casual meal while traveling between Moscow and Pullman, and Applebee’s Grill + Bar is a great place to relax for a while. This location has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and the staff has always been attentive whenever I stop in. It’s a dependable spot for a comfortable meal without any fuss. My go-to orders are the Whisky Bacon Burger or the Mushroom Swiss Burger with bacon. Both are excellent. I also like adding buffalo wing sauce to the fries to give them a little extra kick. It’s a small trick but it really adds some pizzazz to the meal. The beer selection is solid as well, which makes it easy to pair something good with dinner if you’re in the mood. Had a wonderful night here—Haley was literally the nicest waitress I’ve ever had. She was attentive but not overbearing and seemed to genuinely care about our service/how things were going. Highly recommend requesting her, even if it feels awkward.

The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh! My friend and I love coming here for dinner! Our waitress Hailey is incredible and super friendly, and always attentive! 10/10 will be returning as usual

We arrived 20 min before closing and were already prepared to order food to-go since we didn't wanna make anyone stay late. Brianna was the hostess and acted as if it was the middle of the day and was more than happy to seat us so we could eat there, which is unusual at most restaurants since they wanna go home. We still placed orders to go for the same reason, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very patient as we tried to figure things out. Amazing and impressive and rare customer service!!

I got the pasta with tenders and the sauce was sweet and very off putting i couldnt even eat everything, my wife got the grilled cheese burger and tomato soup and the soup was disgusting and the burger had no seasoning and the cheese tasted like it was the fake cheap kind. The only redemption of this whole thing was the drinks were pretty good but even they were expensive so not even that worth it. The customer service was what i expected so could be better could be worse. Over all i give it a 3/10 dont expect good food if you come here
