Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server Matt provided us with a great experience. He was super patient with our family of 6 plus my sister in law. He even gave us a great suggestion that saved us a couple of bucks. We included a few pictures. The food came out fast and was great. This really would’ve been a 5 star review had it not been for the manager/supervisor Jose. We had asked the hostess for a high chair and never received one. I had made eye contact with Jose for a minute or two and finally just flagged him down. Rather than just grabbing it himself he went to find the waiter who was busy punching in our order…just one suggestion Jose, lead from the front….support your staff and help fill in the gaps rather than talking up clients at the bar.

Matt is the absolute goat and if you’re blessed enough to have him as your waiter your night WILL be made. He is funny, awesome, and he got all of our ELEVEN orders right! He went along with all of our bits and he had his own really funny bits. He’s the best!

Caitlyn was my server, she is a fantastic and welcoming server. She brought me to my table quickly and sat down with me to help with the menu. She’s warm and approachable and I had a great time. I’ll for sure come back again. Oh and Jess helped with the greeting and food. I even got to meet Richard the manager. Truly love the vibe here. I hope nothing changes.

I don’t usually make a big deal out of birthdays, but thanks to Yadira and the amazing staff at Applebee’s, my day felt extra special! Yadira went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed and celebrated, and her warmth and attention really made the experience memorable. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional , it truly made the evening enjoyable. Thank you for turning a simple dinner into a wonderful birthday memory!

Waited over 30 minutes without anyone attending to us—even with the menu in hand. A simple “sorry” doesn’t fix poor service.
