Applebee's Grill + Bar

I love going to Applebee’s! It’s one of the best restaurants to go to. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just having a casual lunch or dinner date with some friends or your family; Applebee’s is the place to go. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and of course; the food is delicious! One of my favorite items to get as an appetizer is the boneless honey barbecue chicken wings. Some of the best honey barbecue chicken in the world. As well as the mozzarella sticks, they are great as well. As for my main entrée; I like altering between a classic cheeseburger and chicken tenders. One time, I might do a cheese burger and the next time I visit, I’ll do chicken tenders. Though I did shake it up a bit, once trying the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger and the O-M-Cheese burger

Manuel's service is excellent! He's always so attentive, courteous and pleasant! I tried the Prickly Ever After Rita but it was way too sweet for my liking.

Always have had great experiences here. Ops are consistently here but I’m separating that from the overall experience. This is not an admission of guilt, but I think one could easily take a cup from here every visit and potentially have over 14 now. Update: 17 is possible probably

This place used to be pretty decent. But the last couple of visits have been disappointing. It can be very loud when it's busy. Service is spotty. Last time we waited 20 minutes for the bill and finally gave up and left the money on the table and walked out. Food is meh and the menu seems pretty static. The 2 for 20 is now 2 for 2X which really means 2 for 30 as most options require an upgrade cost. There are better options in the area so likely won't be going back often.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Juan. His customer service was truly top-tier. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Thanks to Juan, this was by far our best experience at an Applebee’s. He deserves all the recognition, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him!
