Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just worked a 12 hour shift, haven’t had anything to eat yet. We are seated quickly, however our waiter did not come to us to ask what we’re drinking. 30 minutes go by before he comes and ask what we are having to eat, yet we have yet to even order drinks. We order drinks and food at the same time, while we repeated what we were having 3 times. Our waiter had come back after 10 minutes and asked what I wanted for sides even though I had ordered the steak with shrimp on top, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. I would have told him if I wanted different sides, but that’s the sides I wanted and knew that was the two sides it came with. Drinks finally come after being seated for almost 45 minutes. He tells us “sorry about the wait, we were trying to help out the lady behind you”. We get our food 5

A friend and I went there and it was awful service I think I have ever had. I was a waiters for 2 years and there are no reason for the way we were treat tonight by our waitress Alex S. When we got sat we asked if we could have a booth that was behind where we were being sat and the lady told us that there were no booths empty and this was the only spot at a table. So we sat down and said no biggie. Our waitress asked what we wanted the second we sat down before we even got to look at the menu and when we told her our drinks it took a good 10 minutes before we got those. She took our order for our food and was rude even when i was trying to joke around to ease the tension. I said "well i better order something before I change my mind again to my friend and laughed". The food left much to be desired when it came to flavor. Their tomato soup seems to be pureed left over salsa. The Asian chicken salad has coleslaw as the main topping. The artichoke spinach dip needed flavor or at least salt. I don't know who we tipped because we had 4 or 5 different people so service was okay in my book but mom said not knowing who your server is is unacceptable. Honestly we're never going back.

I came here interested in the $6 margs. My friends and I got food and drinks. We came around 7:30 on a Saturday looking for a good time. After being seated, my waitress, Alex S., only came to check on us once. When she did come by after we ordered drinks and our food, she told us that they are out of clean cups, and it’ll be a while for our drinks. This was fine since we just got our food, she did not take any appetizer plates or old drink cups. The restaurant was not busy for a Saturday at all. When receiving my food there was a short hair on the plate. I decided to move the hair and eat due to my waitress not coming by often. Once I had about 5 bites, there was another short hair on the chicken this time. This I couldn’t bring my self to ignore. I immediately lost my appetite. My waitres

Poor quality food. My grilled club house was soggy and oily, bad taste. Great service. Bring a jacket because the ac will blow on the tables.
