Applebee's Grill + Bar

Upon entering we were greeted immediately by the staff! Savanah our server was kind and attentive no matter how busy it seemed to get. The manager Alex also checks in with all the customers to make sure they are enjoying their experience. Not a lot of places do this anymore! Would highly recommend this spot. They also had a car show right in the parking lot which added even more fun to my experience!

Amazing service! the manager Alex was great , checking in with us to make sure we were okay. Didn't feel rushed to order everyone was so kind. We had the o-m-cheeseburger and was amazing! Definitely going back again to get it again! Thank you for the great service!

I’m reviewing this as we patiently wait for the bill. As soon as we walked in the male Bartender was RUDE. That should been our red flag to leave. We were finally addressed by a waitress who was kind, but seemed to be in a hurry. We ordered the 6 ounce steak. My o my — what a disaster! It took over 20 minutes to get our order and when we did…the steak was as tough as could possibly be!! There were parts we could not even eat. We wanted something else, but didn’t even know which waitress was ours. Never again…This Applebees is a definite No on our list next time we go thru Bernalillo! *****UPDATE —- A few days after this post, Applebees Corporate reached out asking for contact information to discuss our restaurant experience. I complied, never heard back from them. Way to go Applebees!!!

Took 15 minutes to be seen after being seated. They completely forgot one of the drinks after ordering it. Food came out appropriately. But would not recommend the grilled cheese burger it wasn't very good at all. After the food came out they completely forgot about us to the point of letting one of our alcoholic drinks die at the bar. Overall this restaurant sucks

We came in late our waitress worked to get our order in and drinks in before the kitchen closed. Lisa was wonderful. The manager also made time for us. Our experience was following a long day in the emergency room and it was great. We really appreciate her friendliness professionalism and just a warm caring approach. Food was great our order was perfect even though we were the last customer of the night.
