Apollo Burger

Wow …Flavor Explosion in my Mouth. Had the Apollo Burger with Flavorful, Tender Pastrami, melty cheese, on my Burger. With Fresh Crisp Lettuce, Tomatoes, creamy sauce. Out of this world!! Crispy Onion Rings paired with signature special sauce. And a Drink. Fantastic!!! Place was clean and had friendly staff members to make sure everything was perfect. Even brought the food to my table when it was ready. They take pride in making sure you have a Super Tasty meal. Drive through available!

This was my first time visiting, and I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. The place looked a bit outdated and the soda area was messy. I’d never had Apollo Burger before, so I tried the spicy burger, deep-fried mushrooms, a shake, and chili fries. The food was really good and the prices were reasonable. They also offer up to a 25% military discount. The cashier was helpful and did a great job recommending what to try. Overall, it was a good experience.

The 3 stars on the food are only because of good burgers. Paid $10.00 for 3 tiny chicken strips that taste like they came from the Wal-Mart freezer section. Also it was the worst Baklava I have ever tasted. On the phyllo dough was in one chunk and the nut mixture was all together. It is supposed to be layered and dripping with honey. Absolutely not worth the $4.00. Maybe .50 cents. Don’t waste your money. Now if you are going to have kind staff to work with, this is the place.

I used to eat here a lot when I lived in Salt Lake. Been a couple years. Forgot about fry sauce. Lol. Food was fresh. Fair price. No ice tea. Very quiet in the dining room. Could use some background music. Oscar was nice and kept the dining room clean. I'll be back next time I'm in Salt Lake again.
