We stopped at this place impulsively an hour before they closed and we were blown away by how friendly the service is and how delicious the food is! We got fried gator and crawfish étouffée, both were great! If you’re driving between Houston and Austin definitely stop at this place midway for hole in the wall Cajun seafood 🦞

Coming from Lafayette Louisiana this place brought me home. Great food especially catfish, shrimp pasta and sides. Atmosphere reminded me of family spots on the bayou.
Friendly people, great food, fair price what more do you want? I am leaving sadly because I have no more room in my belly, I will be back for more!! I had the shrimp with okra and coleslaw yummy.
Excellent fried shrimp at a reasonable price. We have been there many times and will continue to go back.
