Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5 Drinks- 5/5 Ambiance- NA Value- 4/5 Great little spot for some neighborhood ice cream. Small store without too much fluff. Simple, basic, and just ice cream and toppings. Their flavors were good and available a plenty. Lots of guys behind the counter waiting to take your order so if there is a line, it can move quickly. The one thing that threw me off at first was that it is cash only. Otherwise, definitely recommend as a great spot to go with or without the kids.

Annie's is a family run business, and that is reflected in the personalities and conversations with the staff,reminded me of growing up in my Philly city neighborhood-you always talked to the deli owners, butcher or grocer. It's good to know that you're supporting a family with a small ice cream shop and tasty selection and a pinch of care in each scoop. Cheers!

We were in OCNJ for a week and had ice cream every night at a different place. A test if you will. Annie's hands down was the best ice cream in the OC. Went back for second visit just to be sure and my assumption was confirmed. A must for the ice cream enthusiast.

Great little ice cream shop. Found it because it was close to where we stayed and we preferred it over the boardwalk ice cream any night. Run by some awesome people (even though they are Steeler’s fans) 😁. They remembered us from the years before. Good hand dipped ice cream, good portions, cash only. GO PATS!!
