I’ve been here a few times since their opening. One of my all time favorite pizzas not just from this place, but overall during my work travels in New England and the Midwest is their meatball pizza. They have weekly special pizzas as well and of course, you can also add extra toppings to whatever pizza you order. Their ingredients are very fresh! Not sure if the pistachio tiramisu is always available in their menu, but if you are in the mood for dessert and you see it, it’s highly recommended.

Personally, I've been to Anna's dozens of times now. Sometimes dine-in. Sometimes take-out. I can't get enough. Chef Anthony has been practicing his craft for years now and it is reflected in his food. Usually, I'll start with a Ceasar salad. Then I always go for the Margherita Pizza. Anna's dough is different. It really soaks in that wood fire smoke to give it a rustic authenticity of reminiscent of somewhere in Italy. Speaking of Italy....Chef Anthony recently returned from a visit there bringing home some new menu additions like the Spicy Ham Fennel & Chili Tomato Pie. It is a must. This paired with one of the delicious red wines, at their bar, in front of the wood burning oven!! Amazing.

located where piemonte used to be (which i am still mourning), this innovative pizza spot opened with traditional italian food using traditional middle eastern ingredients sourced from Ramallah by way of Paterson, NJ. i tasted that palestinian olive oil in the food for sure. the story is the chef is an archaeological professional who honors his italian grandmother “Anna” and the historical origins of flatbread coming from the middle east. i love history, cultural integrity of food, and good food so this was an easy try. it’s $20-25 for a pie that is 12 inches but it makes sense with these quality ingredients. we got the summer pie which didn’t have tomato sauce and i appreciated that because of my heartburn issues. we also split a caesar salad, suppli, and lemon posset. loved the salad cou

The best eggplant parm, tiramisu, and tied for two of the best pizzas I have had since living in Italy in 2000 :). It's so clear that the owner is making food from a place of love and respect for the ingredients and all of the people it takes to get them to your plate. Each pizza and dish made with such precision...the delicate balance of all of the flavors. Genius. Perfect atmosphere. I'm so glad they have opened in Providence...we will definitely be coming back for more! For the past two hours since we ate, I can't stop thinking about how wonderful a place it is (food and the people making it)!

Ordered a large cheese pizza. What we got was a 12-inch not Neopolitan pizza. It was very salty, the sauce was a light pink; and the crust was so thin and so mushy in the center, that it stuck to the box. I was about 5 minutes late picking up the pizza (there was no parking in a 2 block radius), but it was ice cold when I got it in the car. There are a couple of very good pizza places in Rhode Island, there are more so-so places, but this sits in the horrible bracket with just a few ithers.6 It was sad and disappointing, and we will never, ever, go back there.
