This place is absolutely fantastic! The gelato here is exceptional - so much more delicious than regular ice cream, and I love that it doesn't melt as quickly. Every flavor is incredibly rich and intense; it takes time to finish a cup because you want to savor every bite! The sizing is perfect and the quality is consistently high no matter what you order. I'm always impressed by their elegant to-go bags - such a nice touch that makes it feel extra special. Despite being busy all the time (you'll definitely be going with the crowd!), the staff provides excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and attentive, which really enhances the experience. Ridiculously great. I’m not a huge fan of cream ice cream but this place was sooooo great. They let you try as many flavors as you need (be kind and not abuse), we had pavlova, chocolate, salted cashew and like 3 more flavors to go. They also serve soft ice cream and have a bunch of toppings. Take your time, enjoy and love this place. Their packaging to go… we will let you order it so you can enjoy the experience.

Busy line, but quick workers! Great customer service. Friendly, fast, helpful, patient, and looks like they do love their job. Don’t recall the man helping us, but I kept being that guy who wanted to try different flavors and he stayed patient with me since it was my first time there. He mentioned about their company and believes they are the best in the world. I would say, all the flavors were amazing. I’ll be back with my girlfriend :D

Totally stumbled in… and totally loved it! Came here by accident and wow—what a find! You can taste as many flavors as you like (seriously, no judgment here), and the staff is super chill and friendly. The place is clean, and the ice cream? Not just sugary sweet, but full of flavor. Perfect pick-me-up after a meal or when that afternoon slump hits. I had Chocolate Cream & Hazelnut, Mango, Pistachio, and Chocolate with Almond & Caramel. Mango was a little too shy on flavor for me, but the rest? Chef’s kiss!

This gelato is such an experience! First of all, can I say it is one of the most beautiful looking Gelato shops I've seen in LA? The color theme seems like a combination of the musical Wicked with its soft pink and green, as well as Italian and mid-century charm. The presentation of each Gelato in its swirly mountain are gorgeous and mouth-watering as well. Thankfully, they taste as good as they look. There are the regular flavors like Chocolate and Mint Chocolate for the OG, and there are Italian staples like Pistachio and Limoncello. As for me, I just love the Cheesecake Caramel Cookies, Stawberry Mascarpone & Ricotta, Salted Caramel, and White Chocolate & Pistachio Cream. You really can't go wrong with the selection they have here! Just don't be surprised if the line is out the door
