Angie's Subs At Jax Beach

Angies is so delicious. The staff at Grom recommended we try Angie's since we loved their food so much. The did not steer us wrong. Everything on the menu sounded great. I finally settled on the dirty gringo. Service was fast and fresh. We enjoyed luch on the patio which is also pet friendly!

The Peruvian sauce is a standout and makes the subs unforgettable. Sweet tea is always spot-on, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating makes it an easy, comfortable stop in Jacksonville Beach.

A Jax Beach institution for good reason, Angie's is a great sub shop. The subs have a solid amount of meat and toppings and are always full of flavor. The best part? After 5 PM subs at the Jax Beach location are $8, making this one of the best deals in town for a filling dinner. I don't think it's possible to go wrong here, but my favorite subs are the My Wife Kicked Me Out (Smoked chicken), Dr. Bang's Scrippy (Almost like an Italian with Chicken Salad), and the 904 Sub (Turkey, ham, and jalapeño aioli), all with cruchies added on. I also love the Schweet Tea (Some of the sweetest tea I've ever had!), and their french fries and fry sauce.

Edit: Management reached out to me to apologize and they did their best to make things right and were very professional. We will be back again soon. Usually have good experiences here, but not today. Placed an order online and half the order was incorrect when I got home and opened everything up. I didn’t even get the sub I ordered and got someone else’s that I can’t eat instead. Do better Angie’s, someone needs to double check orders if they can’t get things right for a simple 2 item online order.

Best sandwich in Jacksonville! A great local spot that has been killing it for years. Their Peruvian sauce is delicious on everything.
