Edit 3/5/26: I'll come back and edit again if things change, but I am revising my original review because we came back 3x since then at least and all 3 times the pizza was super thin and floppy. I was disappointed but will give them another chance. I hope they didn't decide to shortcut here and there because they are now so busy they can't keep up. I felt like the sauce was amazing but the flop is a turn off...that's just like all other pizza in Jax. I'll go back to St. Augustine (Carmelo's) for "no flop" pizza. I hope it gets better again because I'm really rooting for them! Also, I looked this info up online and it says the owner of Biggie's Pizza (who had floppy pizza, also) is the dad of Angela. I moved here from NJ about 3 years ago and it’s been such a struggle to find good pizza. I feel like most places make it too doughy, or make their sauce too sweet, or just lack flavor. I have a very short list of go-tos and Angela’s is now high on the list! You will not be disappointed. Plus, the traditional pizza counter vibes and service were great too!

Been wanting to try this since I heard about them a month ago! I got a slice of the pepperoni, bacon ranch and Blanca Romero. All amazing! The Blanca Romero was the best one!!! The crust ,toppings , and sauce was perfect, and just the right amount of grease dripping!! Only one other pizza place in Jax is just like homes New York pizza. So glad I have this one now too! Friendly staff, quick service, clean place. It was busy to go orders and ppl out front eating. Not badly priced either! 3 huge slices for just under $13.

The beaches needed a proper NY Style pizza spot, and we now officially have one! Growing up in the Northeast, I have always been disappointed by other Jax shops claiming to do “NY style”. We ordered the Bianca Romana and pepperoni for our first order, and will be back! Local tip - the pizza takes about 40-45 minutes, so plan ahead. They will take your number and text you when it’s ready.

The hands of god himself have blessed this restaurant and the family that runs it. I knew coming in, after that devastating Jags loss, there would be a 45-75 minute wait. We grabbed a few slices to hold us over and piddled around Beach blvd. Holy (cuss word). We ordered the Bianca Romano to go and 2 slices of pepperoni and one Margarita slice. Never in my life. NEVER. Have I had pizza that tastes like Angela’s. I’ve been to nyc a handful of times. Was never truly impressed but Angela’s….. I’d sell my kidney and every other organ I have for unlimited pizza from here. Okay bye.
