Andy's Frozen Custard

Went this Friday around 10. Haley and Hanna are absolutely amazing! They helped me when I was confused and gave the absolute best customer service I have ever received! 10/10 for the whole staff, a lovely group of young ladies! Give these girls a raise, they deserve it!

I love this place. The fixings are good, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I am partial to the banana split and the Ozark Turtle Sundae. Only one complaint...the drive-thru lane is really wonkie.working. Its hard for a truck to get to the window.

Try giving this place the benefit of doubt but everytime i have came through the drive thru its never a good experience. Extremely rude employees and even worse management . I will be taking my buisness elsewhere for now on.

I always make it my mission coming thru lexington to stop at Andy's, great customer service and everything I've ever was great..

Ordered an icecream cone. One basic icecream cone. It took me 4 times for them to hand me said icecream cone, I was handed cups, huge waffle cones, concretes? They acted like they had no idea what an icecream cone was. They charged me $11!!!!! Said my money would be refunded… it’s not refunded. Shame on you Andy’s.
