An Pho

I got the steamed shrimp summer rolls and the rare brisket pho. My usual spot for Vietnamese cuisine is Pho Claire and I would say this place definitely has better summer rolls. They come with a creamy paste-consistency sauce that tastes really good. The shrimp in the roll was flavorful and well salted. And their size is decent too with two thick rolls cut in half for ease of eating. As for the pho, while the portion sizes aren't shareable, they are still filling. I say this because often when I go out to eat I go with my siblings and we like to split food (we think it tastes better that way). The broth was flavorful and the noodles weren't overcooked or mushy. And it came with a lot of bean sprouts on the side. Absolutely an amazing experience. My husband and I had a very peaceful and amazing dinner tonight. You could tell they really cared about the quality of the food and service. We got pho and we will for sure be back! Server was attentive and amazing I am sad I missed her name but I’m sure we will be back soon.

I placed a pick up order, they told me 5 minutes and in 5 minutes was complete ready. You open the food at home and smells amazing, the taste is delicate and delicious, comes with all the utensils. It was my first time here for sure I’ll come back!

This new Vietnamese pho restaurant is legit. The ice coffee was perfect - strong & sweet. The summer rolls were soft & freshly made with large shrimps. My pho was tasty, the broth was deep & complex - better than most. My wife grilled pork with spring roll vermicelli plate was very good. The grilled pork was marinated & grilled to perfection - sweet & salty while moist & tender. It was plenty, I just had to help her finish the plate. Everything we had was scrumptious. 2 thumbs up for An Pho.

I ordered the summer rolls, BBQ pork bánh mì and beef pho, Thai tea. Everything was clean, fresh, and delicious. The only downside was the pho broth… it didn’t have much meat flavor. I wish it had a deeper, richer beef broth. The bánh mì was so good that I even ordered one to go! It was honestly the best bánh mì I’ve had recently. The Thai tea was good, but there was too much ice. After a few sips, only ice was left.
