Great I've cream and fine selection, cozy and cool place, nice staff, very friendly. Hand packed, plus able to add toppings and hand mixed.

I have certainly had much better. Sadly, what you get looks nothing like the photos they post. It was a weekend and fairly busy. What was pretty annoying is given how busy they were, not all the staff were working. There were three people, but only two were helping customers. The third just stood behind the counter and just observed the chaos. And the people who were working, didn't seem to care very much. There is a sign stating if you were to guess a trivia question, you would get a free topping. The server who took my order, I asked her three times and she just ignored me. When I finally made it very explicit I was trying to guess the trivia question, she told me she didn't know what the answer was. The ice cream is great but you have to qualify that by whether it’s actuallly available: here I am on a Saturday 11:48 to get my son a birthday cake and their closed, even though sign says open at 11:30. He’s going to be disappointed because he really likes their Oreo ice cream cakes! So, rating = (ice cream quality) * (probability available) = 5 * 0.6 = 3 stars

We were shopping at the Galleria and decided to pop into Amy’s Ice Cream for the first time and wow, what a fun experience! We had our friend’s little boy with us, and the sweet ladies behind the counter made it such a memorable stop. They were so kind, friendly, and full of energy! We were over the moon watching them toss and my fiancé catch the ice cream!! SUCH a fun touch that had us all smiling!! The ice cream was amazing, and the service was even better. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area! 🍦💫 To the sweet ladies behind the counter thank you for giving us the biggest smiles and such a sweet memory yall truly made this experience a 10/10!! 🩵

We visited Amy’s ice cream while on vacation and it didn’t disappoint. The ice cream definitely tasted homemade and their selection and toppings were so delicious and fun. So happy we stopped by! The staff were so kind and patient with all my kiddos! I highly recommend! 🩷🩷
