Maple Street Biscuit Company

We've been to Maple Street four times now, and it has absolutely become a staple every time we're in the Lakeway area. Honestly, they have the hands-down best maple coffee I have ever. Their chicken and waffles are also seriously good. I haven't even been able to explore the rest of the menu because I feel compelled to order the same items every single time we visit! Beyond the fantastic food, the staff is always friendly, and the restaurant itself offers a really nice atmosphere with both cozy indoor and pleasant outdoor seating. Our only wish is that they had a location at least in South Austin so we could enjoy it more often!

I'm breaking my rules and posting this while eating instead of after because this is some amazing food. Drove 30 minutes to get here and have found the best place for biscuits and gravy, even the eggs and bacon are great. Exquisite service, friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere. All around 11/10

If I gave Micheline stars, this place would get one! It is worth the drive. We visited on a Sunday morning. They have a patio so we can bring the pups. While in line I was watching the open kitchen and there’s something so comforting about watching someone make the biscuits I’m about to eat. These literally are hand made. I always get anxious ordering at a new place but it went great. It’s pretty easy and she answered all my questions. We ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches, a mimosa, and hot chai tea (oh and 2 sides of eggs for the pups). The mimosa came first and it was yummy. Then came the food, the staff were very friendly! Maple Street was recommended by a friend whilst I visited this area of Austin and it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I'd known them for years. The food was home style and tasty with a generous portion size. Finally the atmosphere was formal enough to feel like a restaurant, but cosy enough to feel like home. Can't recommend strongly enough!

I had driven past this shop many times and wasn't sure what it was. I finally stopped in and discovered it is a chicken and biscuits shop. They have many offerings including classics like chicken and biscuits and gravy, biscuits and chicken and bacon and egg and maple syrup and many other combinations. They also have several coffee and juice offerings in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. 10/10 will come again.
