Amery Area Public Library

We take our littles every week to story time. The education options and play area for the toddlers is fantastic. The library is such a wonderful public resource. We are lucky to still have a great place to play and learn for free.

This is an exceptional community resource in Polk County. I've been to other libraries, and they don't even come close to the Amery Public Library. I discover new things nearly every time I go there. Today, I discovered a game room that you can reserve to use a Nintendo Switch or PS5. Last week, I saw on the library homepage that they have a 3D printer. The staff is always very helpful and cheerful. The public areas are well-lit and clean. I work out of a home office and reserve a meeting room when I need a change of space. What I love is that there is typically one open, and there is complimentary self-service coffee that tastes better than any restaurant in town (Ellie's has good coffee, but this price- free- is better.) Friendly staff, clean good selection. It's smaller than most but still has alot to it! Plus to print your first 10 pages are free A DAY!

Very wonderful people and the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy.
